He was very personable and listened to me about my knee pain. I could barely walk. Thankfully he gave me the cortisone shot which helped but wore off within a few days. He did mention I may have a meniscus tear, but didn’t explain how to fix it. I would’ve liked more instruction on how to care for my knee like the protocol of ice and heat and elevation. I googled how to care for knee pain and got more answers than from the doctor. He only spent 9 minutes with me.

I ruptured my quad tendon and Dr Boes and his team did a great job fixing the damage. I’m in the early stage of recovery and have slight discomfort but no pain. I would recommend using the polar ice machine to help reduce swelling.
