Dr. Meadows practices a patient centered approach to urologic care, priding himself on the level of service and compassion patients receive from both him and his team throughout their treatment. Dr. Meadows makes every effort to accommodate same day or next day appointments, and welcomes open communication with his patients, their families, and their entire medical teams, ensuring the entire patient, not just their urologic issue, is cared for.
Appt was delayed by 2 hours staff were great appt before 230 but computer system down, 20 people waiting in small area...towards end COMPUTER SOFTWARE was working to make future appts...but its 745pm arriving home now after taking parents home like seriously get your systems on track this was ridiculous. What ever software updates created a huge fiasco. When we were escorted to patient room, waited additional 30 min more for doctor in room for a 10 min verbal assessment breakdown and he left. Last 15 minutes at front desk again to print summary /referrals. So doctor sorry he had a hectic day too but damn..... Sounded like he scoffed impatient as he left. Yes he was ready to be done for the day. I WISH HIM WELL BUT PLEASE BE BETTER. OVER BOOKED AND UNDER STAFFED WITH SOFTWARE ISSUES AT A HOSPITAL MADE FOR UNPLEASANT VISIT. IMAGINE THE NIGHTMARE AT ER ROOM IF SOFTWARE GLITCHES.

Good Experience, but Communication Could Improve I visited this urologist for the first time based on his excellent online reviews. While the office staff were friendly and professional, I felt rushed during my consultation. After approximately 20 minutes or less, I sensed the appointment was ending before I had an opportunity to ask important questions. As a new patient, I expected more time to discuss my medical history and concerns. I had to bring up pre-existing conditions myself. To the doctor's credit, he acknowledged my concerns and ordered additional testing. However, explanations were brief, and I left with unanswered questions. Overall, I appreciate his willingness to investigate further and would consider returning. My recommendation: Allow more time for new patients, ask questions, and encourage meaningful communication. Good medical care matters, but so does making patients feel heard, informed, and respected.
