He was excellent at his job, however, he called me "whiney" about the X-Ray. I asked for Dr. McGinnis, and instead saw Dr. Dumigan. I do not think he listened to me, rather, he was demeaning and somewhat rude. I think Dr. Dumigan is an excellent doctor with very poor people skills.

I came to McBride after being seen in 2 other orthopedic offices. The clinicians at those offices seemed to rush through the visit. They gave divergent diagnoses. I was uncertain about what was wrong. Dr. Dumigan gave a very thorough exam. I have a concern about covid protocol. The woman at the front desk pulled her mask away from her face when talking. She said she wanted to be sure I could understand her. I could understand her with her mask on. No need to remove her mask. Dr. Dumigan stepped back and removed his mask. I was very uncomfortable. To recap, I feel like I received a valid exam and diagnosis. However, masks should be worn a all times.
