As first time parents we appreciated the time taken to fully explain things and go over important information. We didn’t feel rushed or that our questions were a burden.
We saw Dr. Kraus as a new patient, so my son (8 year old) was nervous. Dr. Kraus was amazing with him and put him at ease. My son kept talking about how much he liked him, after we left, and thought he must be a “super genius” for the way he explained things to him in terms he could understand.
