Dr. Mary Kate Tillman, M.D., has been practicing pediatrics as a board-certified pediatrician in Summerville since finishing her residency at MUSC in 1995 and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP). Dr Tillman completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!) and her medical training at the Medical College of Virginia-Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. She founded Oakbrook Pediatrics and, in 2025, joined forces with Sweetgrass Pediatrics.
Dr. Tillman especially enjoys watching her patients grow up from newborns to young adults and now has the privilege of caring for multiple generations of pediatric patients. She and her husband, Donnie, have three daughters: Erin, Katie, and Anna Claire, and a German Short-Haired Pointer named Murphy.
