Dr. Jacob is beyond thorough! He is an absolutely amazing doctor who pours out his concerns for your wellbeing and tells us what we don't want to hear. The truth!! I moved here from Virginia. Dr. Jacob was referred to me from a family member. I have in all of my young 58 years do I remember loving a doctor like I have Dr. Jacob. But I still have the "white-coat syndrome." Dr. Jacob and Diana are an exemplary pair. Their care is priceless!! Thank you, Dr. Jacob and Diana - remember that you make a difference in everyone you see.

Dr, Jacob does not stay in the exam room long enough for the patient to ask questions about the blood tests that were just handed to him. I have never had this type of experience with a Primary Doctor. I'm truly disapointed.

Had to wait just over an hour for a 5 minute blood test.

Very first visit Great sense of humor, and made me feel comfortable Would have received 5 stars, but seemed rushed.

Dr gives you time to discuss issues but rarely lays a hand on you. Dr is always just glued to the computer while discussing your test results and any concerns.

It was was very good to have a doctor actually listen to what I said as to my health issues.
