My appointment was for 10:00 a.m.. it was just under 2 hours before the doctor came in to check my eyes and that only took about 8 minutes. I was getting worried because I had an appointment somewhere else in the next 2 hours. Overbooking?

Being treated by this team of knowledgable, professional, efficient, friendly, and caring team helped me understand the entire process and what to expect in the future.
