Dr. Luber was friendly was and professional. I was told exactly what would be accomplished during my arthroscopy of my knee. My knee after surgery is very comfortable. Pleasant experience with staff and nurses.

Did not feel he gave me the time Rushed, was not in time with what I wanted.

Dr. Luber was fine but he doesn't have much of a bedside manner I guess I would say. He gave me cortisone shots and drained some fluid from my knee which was great but he didn't really want to discuss my issues with me.

I have been a patient of NEOS for several years. These doctors and staff are the best in their field. Dr Lubet is very professional and yet has a kind manner about him. He has done 2 shoulder replacements on me and I am very pleased with the results and the care I get from him and their PT group, which is the best in the area. Very bad exp w this person. He has no humanity, no empathy & had no time to listen. He was rude & dismissive bcz im a black woman. He has absolutely no bedside manner & offered no help or suggestions to my ongoing knee problem. He didnt even bother looking at 2 MRI discs I brought in & said so when I asked. Instead he decided to judge me bcz im on pain meds-not knowin anything abt my health hx. He made me feel like sh*t. I felt mentally abused & he mocked me to go & hv "hope." If yu are a black woman- expect to be dismissed, judged & no regard for ur suffering. Ur better off finding a diff doc. This one needs sensitivity training for his biases & how to treat poc. If a pt brings an MRI showing the initially diagnosed problem w persistent sympt for10yrs, the doc shd at v least look at it. Its his job to "do no harm" but I felt v mentally abused after he treated me like a drug seeker tho I didnt ask for Rx. PT incr pain & swelling & hasnt helped but he told me go back to PT & hv "hope!"

I have been a patient since 2015 with surgeries since then for carpal tunnel, trigger finger, arthroscopic knee surgery, and total knee replacement. The surgeons at NEOS are among the best in the country with outstanding credentials. Although I live about 1 hour from the 300 Birnie Avenue office, the drive is well worth it. Dr. Luber was professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. The PAs are also top-notch. The support staff is always very friendly and really cares about patients.

Dr Luber performed my shoulder surgery last year with amazing results. So naturally I saw him regarding knee replacement. He told me he could give me an injection but he doesn’t do the replacement surgery. I was disappointed but I know he’s sending me to one if his colleagues who will do a great job .

I have a long-standing shoulder issue that I have seen several orthopedic surgeons for and Dr. Luber is the only one who immediately did not want to operate. He advocated for a more conservative approach which worked and got be back to work.

I am a collegiate wrestler and have been suffering with shoulder issues for years, dr. Luber did an amazing job with my labrum surgery, the scars are barley visable and I am 3 months post op. The staff and dr. Luber all knew exactly what to do without a hiccup and they answered all of my questions well. With PT I have healed amazingly fast and can continue to wrestle In another month or so. If I were to get another surgery I would immediately see if dr. Luber was available.

Right on time as usual

He did not have much feedback as to a plan for injury. I had to ask questions and he was very short with his responses. I chose him as others have said he is an excellent surgeon but his communication skills are not good.

Dr Luber is exceptional-!! he repaired both of my rotator cuffs and now my clavicle. He takes the time to explain the procedures, answer any questions or concerns and has wonderful follow up care as well. His staff is top notch, they could not be more kind, professional and comforting , His expertise and experience as a surgeon is first class! After my shoulder surgeries I have full mobility, and had a wonderful recovery!, I’ve been able to use my shoulders better than I have for 10 years doing tasks like I did years ago without any issues....I highly recommend Dr. Luber and have had three great experiences with surgeries under his care.... now if I can just quit being a Klutz... maybe I can let him attend to other patients!

I am probably not the best person to ask about this, i waited an 1 hr 20 min after my appt time, and ended up walking out without being seen, i was going to be late to work, also nobody came in to tell me what was going on? I had to pop my head out to see whats up, kinda sucks cause i needed to see him for pain in knee, i will reschedule eventually
