Never met a Dr. so sincere about my eyes. From Day 1 Dr. Balish has been the best listener, & has explained each & every detail related to the in depth testing that has been done at the clinic. Dr. Balish has worked with the Oregon Lion’s Sight and Hearing Foundation, donating his time and skill to provide free cataract surgery to many uninsured patients in the Portland area.
