I believe Dr. Balish is a good doctor, but time you wait in the waiting room is way too long. I waited at least 40 minutes. Once in a while this can happen, however, but it is every time I go.

Dr. Balish is terrific! He has a very patient and kind nature. His staff was having difficulty getting proper pics of my brother's eyes. They are very deep set and the lights were bothering him so he couldn’t hold them open properly. Dr. Balish personally worked with his team and my brother to ensure they had the right quality photos even though it was late in the day and took a really, really long time. He was so patient and supportive to my brother who was struggling. I really appreciated him jumping in and getting it done. It wasn’t an easy task!
