Dr. Scott Wingo, M.D., was born in Atlanta, GA. He earned his undergraduate degree, a B.I.E. in Industrial and Systems Engineering, with Highest Honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He attended Emory University School of Medicine where he earned his MD. He completed General Surgery and Urology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. He then completed Fellowship training at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Endourology, Laparoscopy, and Robotic Surgery. He listened, looked over my blood work last year and this year from my primary doctor and gave me great information about not taking antibiotics if I am diagnosed UTI if express care or my primary have not done a culture and I am to request they do so before prescribing antibiotics. Great job!
