“My approach to patient care emphasizes collaboration and shared decision-making. I believe it is crucial to provide my patients with treatment options and involve them in every step of their care plan.
Throughout my career, I have focused on using rehabilitation and specialized exercise therapy to help my patients overcome pain and return to an active lifestyle. Witnessing the lasting improvements in their pain and function has been incredibly rewarding, and I honestly can’t envision myself doing anything else.”
Outside of work, Dr. Thibault prioritizes spending time with his family and enjoys physical activity, reading and spending time on the lake.
