Very professional doctor, staff, and office.
He knows well
Very helpful explanations.
Condescending, arrogant, and rude!
Excellent
Listened, answered questions, a worthwhile informative consultation.
Very knowledgeable and professional.
Dr. Mark Sims is a good doctor. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have been able to hear
Once I got there, is was great. Only reason for not giving five stars, is that I received WAY too many texts and emails before my first visit, reminding me of the appt. and/or filling out the portal, when I had already filled it out to the best of my knowledge.
I have been going here since 2016 and have struggled with ear problems since I was born. There are very few people I trust to work on my ears and I have a total of 4 surgeries completed with this office. He is very direct, short sweet and to the point, which is much appreciated!
