Dr. Rekant fulfilled his specialty training with a Hand and Upper Extremity Surgical Fellowship with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Dr Rekant is a great doctor. He is a people person who sits and explains everything in normal ways and not doctors language. Takes his time and does not rush.

Dr Rekant is a fantastic surgeon and he has an excellent team.
Such a pleasant man to have as your doctor. He was very thorough and made sure everything was able to be understood easily by all of us. The patient was my 13 year old son. Dr. Rekant made sure to treat him like a young man instead of a young child. This is the first broken bone for any of my children and my son was very nervous about having to get any procedure done, but now he seems almost excited about it thanks to Dr. Rekant. Thank you so much for all of your help and compassion.
