He was informative and thorough. The wait was long but he had many patients before me and he doesn’t rush you out the door. I’m sorry he got some bad ratings but that’s not unusual. He is eccentric which I found to be charming and he addressed the issues that I had with both hands. I had a very positive experience and the staff in center city were professional and friendly.

Everyone was polite.thank you.

So far I have nothing to complain about .Everything okay 4now.

Got to the root of my problem luckily I don’t think I need surgery just swollen inflamed tendons, a little shot of Cortizone. Hopefully it keeps me working another 20 years thank you.

Very informative and gives detailed easy the understand answers. Only negative is I was seen almost 40 minutes after my appointment time and I scheduled for early morning hoping to avoid long wait.

Polite, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I told him I couldn’t do two months or more of recovery from tendon repair, and asked about possible amputation due to my job, he told me that I’ll just live with it then and I’m good to leave, even though it’s affecting my job, sleep, and life.

He was and he is excellent orthopedic surgeon he just takes off my second surgery stitches from my elbow multiple fractures which happened six months ago I am very happy with my results, he is very knowledgeable in his field

I arrived earlier than my appointment but was still taken back quite quickly. Once I was in the back, the nurse came right in to question me. Dr. Rekant came in shortly after and requested x-rays which I received within 10 minutes. After the x-rays, he came back promptly with his findings and gave me several options. My whole appointment was fast and right to business. The doctor was very helpful and informed while explaining the next steps! Definitely would refer to anyone in need of hand to shoulder relief.

I love Dr Rekant. I’ve seen him several times and he did surgery on my hand over 10 years ago. Besides his super personality he’s an excellent doctor/surgeon. I’ve referred many friends to him.

He seemed like he didn't want to be there. It was like pulling teeth to get him to talk to me about my trigger finger and painful finger joints. Maybe he was having a bad day, but it was quite rude.
