He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at New York University Medical Center - NYU Medical School after a general surgery internship. Dr. Rekant fulfilled his specialty training with a Hand and Upper Extremity Surgical Fellowship with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Dr. Rekant is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University.
