Great visit

I asked to see Dr. Moore. They made my appointment with him. I waited two months for appointment only to be told He couldn’t help me. He said I had to see Dr. Moore. Now I have to wait another two months!

A person with cancer should not have to wait an hour and forty minutes past their scheduled appointment time in order to see their doctor for 11 minutes. My visit lasted 11 minutes.

The doctor should know why I'm here. I shouldn't have to tell them.

I have always loved Dr. Lyell's straight-forward direct way of taking care of his patients. My father is his patient, two of my sons have been his patients, as well as myself. Love Dr. Lyell!

I understand there are specific rules for doctors office visits, but leading up to the appointment it was never brought to my attention that I couldn’t bring my son. I took the day off to make this appointment, and with my son still on break I had no choice but to bring him. Dr. Lyell made it sound like it was a personal preference for my son not to be there by saying “it’s not appropriate for kids to be in this visit”. Dr, you don’t get to determine what is and isn’t appropriate. If the reason was because you needed my full attention and cannot get distracted, that would be absolutely fine. Learn to elaborate what you want from your patients. I will not be coming back and I will seek other options.

Dr. Lyell is great! The wait is bad.

Doctor did not listen to me at all. I am a Doctor, a professor and a business owner. I waited 2.5 hours and he spent minutes telling me I’m wrong about my own body. He dismissed all doctors before him, and changed a CT result from a week ago. He did nothing to help me. No answers. No medications. Went through all of this trouble to see a specialist.. for him to act like, I am a nuisance, truly disappointed. His team is amazing. But the nurse up front was openly complaining about her job. People piled on top of each other. It was absolutely a mess. I thought this clinic was one of the good ones. Not worth the 45 minute drive, 2.5 hour wait and for sure will not be recommending to anyone I know. The worst. Literally. Two insurances. Nothing. Good luck! Do this all again next week? What? I explained to the lady that walked me out my disappointment. She also just downed other Doctors.

Had an appt for 3:15pm and set in waiting room for over an hour. 13 people went in before me. When I finally got into a room no Doctor for 15 minutes so I left to go pickup my granddaughter from softball practice.

Doc was obviously overworked and rushed. Didn’t put me at ease.

Been to see the Dr. 4 times over the years he has been great to me. very honest & strait forward.
