Dr Hedrick's PA, Alyssa, was fantastic. Dr Hedrick's meeting with me was brief, maybe 4 minutes. I'm pretty sure he didn't even touch my leg despite being about 2 weeks post-op (operation done by a different doctor). He spent most of the time talking to my husband instead of me. When we questioned his timeline as compared to that of my surgeon, he replied that he's "been doing this for 30 years." I didn't get the opportunity to discuss my medications, wasn't told about icing, or given specific instructions on elevating. I'm hoping I caught him at the end of an off day.
Listens carefully and respectfully, develops treatment plan that I can manage.
He’s good and answered my questions.
He always takes his time to discuss my concerns and gives me his professional advice and opinions on how to move forward.
Excellent Doctor and excellent Staff! Thank you All!!
Competent, caring, and professional.
Dr. Hedrick was patient and explained options thoroughly. He answered all questions.
Dr. Hendricks is an amazing surgeon! He spent the time to explain my surgery, answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable about the process. My postop appointment went equally as well.
Dr. Hedrick answered my questions and put my foot problem into perspective.
Down to earth. Honest. Provided a depth of knowledge about my foot.
