I appreciated Dr Hedrick taking the time to answer all my questions, and he never made me feel pressured into making the decision to have surgery. He has a wonderful bedside manner.

Feels a bit invalidating to my pain when doctor uses words like “when the imaging doesn’t show anything we call it this”. Sounds like a catch all diagnosis.

I was in the exam room for 90 minutes until doctor came.
No one came to explain. I was on the verge to leaving, but I did want hear about the following up xrays. Nothing had changed.
I am sure Dr Hedrick is an excellent surgeon, but today pushed my trust in the emerge ortho system. I was exhausted by the time we talked.
