Dr. Mark Mashia, DC, MS, is a board-certified chiropractor dedicated to delivering conservative spine care that reduces pain and restores function through noninvasive techniques. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY, and holds a Master of Science in Managed Care Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
Dr. Mashia is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and brings nearly 20 years of clinical experience to his practice. His training includes a 300-hour certification in Structural Acupuncture for Physicians through Harvard Medical School, where he learned advanced Japanese-style acupuncture techniques based on the work of Master Nagano and Kiiko Matsumoto.
Dr. Mashia treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including neck, back, and extremity pain, as well as headaches and sports or occupational injuries. Before meeting Dr. Mascia, I had tried multiple venues to alleviate the debilitating cervical spondylitis in my neck..I knew nothing about acupuncture but was anxious to try one more thing. Grateful I did, for Dr. Mascia has been a life changer for me. Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable , Dr. Mascia has enabled me, via acupuncture, to be pain free.
I never saw him. I was told by the receptionist that I owed $60.00 and my insurance didn’t cover it. I left because my insurance says no copay.
If you’re not impressed by the degrees on the wall you will be blown away by his patient centers care and vast knowledge.
I highly recommend Dr. Mashia he's caring and he's helped me get through some pretty tough times with a back problem.
I feel like three stars is Middle ground 3.5 out of five is okay today was only the day one however Dr Mark made me feel at ease I was able to express what I was going through when you fully understand and areas that he would be working on to get me to where I need to be better than okay.
I wished that this was an actual appt than a consult because I want to move forward with relief, but it’s an insurance protocol. I still look forward to my therapy.
