We moved down here from rkl. Over 30 years ago & the job of finding doctors was not fun. I found a go doctor & he recommended dr. Maehrer & my husband & have been with him since then.

Saw Dr. Maehrer for the first time yesterday for a toe problem. He answered all my questions, explained my options, advised but did not push any. Pleased with the outcome and would definitely go back to the doctor again.

Awesome! Amazing!!! I was a nervous wreck going in there from some previous nightmares I went through with my feet years ago. Doctor is really funny and put me at ease.

Mark is a great foot doctor and he understands how I feel about my foot and I do not like it the way it works. He’s doing his best to get me back as well as possible. I will trust him every time.

Dr. Maehrer is kind and compassionate. While I have issues with my feet that I do not believe are going to be fixed any time soon (severe arthritis), he explains everything in great detail. He remembers details about you, which only bolster your confidence that he is listening. He is also not your typical "cut it all" type surgeon. If that is not going to change things or possibly make them worse? He will not operate. Incredible physician. Highly recommend.

Dr. Maehrer probed my foot, strongly recommended against surgery, and gave me three treatment options. When I asked him which option he recommended (ignoring cost), he suggested a less expensive option.

First time visit with Dr. Maehrer. I have an extensive medical history, and really needed a surgeon who understood that, as well as the frustration involved. Some things just are what they are, and he knew that I did not want my feet ripped up and put back together. Addressed my biggest concern RIGHT now, and I appreciated his conservative attitude! NOT a surgeon looking to cut everything he can. Nice bedside manner, and assuring attitude. Recommended to me by another OAA awesome surgeon, Dr. Falatyn. Very pleased with my visit despite knowledge that I have some lousy feet!! Surgery scheduled, and optimistic one issue will be resolved by Dr. Maehrer.
