Nice friendly staff Dr. Nichols is very professional and knowledge.

Taken back quickly and attended to. In and out within and hour, that also included a hearing test.

Very thorough, pleasant personality Had hearing tests and found out my hearing is deteriorating at a slow pace each year Also removed wax from my ear and saw I had congestion due to allergies.

Dr was ~ 45 mins late in seeing me. Apparently the dr had a backlog of patients and the visit was extremely rushed, like blitzkreig.

Good doctor. Have confidence in his skills, education and experience, which is vast. Not much bedside manner and moving too fast for my preference. However, will go back to benefit from his expertise an my confidence in him.

He could improve on answering questions. He’s very abrupt.
