Very efficient process from making appointment, to providing new patient paperwork online, reminders, check in, no wait time in lobby or exam room, onsite X-ray, gathering history, diagnosing, explaining, giving options and treating, along with timelines and next steps if necessary, including a description of what would be involved and, finally, having wrist brace available for purchase and simple check out. Would absolutely refer people to Dr. Leber and encourage people to give reviews as that is how I found/chose him (read 12 positive reviews on him) and it worked out better than I imagined. This kind of medical service cannot be taken for granted anymore. It is becoming rare.

This is a very busy practice, but Dr. Leber took the time to listen to my problem, explain my available options for treatment (surgical and non-surgical) and allowed me to make the final decision. He is a surgeon, but I did not feel pressured to jump into surgery before trying alternative treatment methods.

Seen Dr. Leber for many years. I have a broken bone in both wrists. At some point I will need a wrist fusion. I saw him as a second opinion and he loves to manipulate the broken bone and see the patient say ouch. Most doctors see the broken bone and don't put pressure on it when it's already crushed. I need wrist surgery but don't trust him. I needed to see the x-rays and understand the MRI and he wasn't very informative

Doctor Leber is knowledgable, and was thorough in his explanation of my finger issue. He gave me a couple of options to my treatment, but told me what he thought was best. He text me the day after a procedure (on a weekend) to see how the healing of my finger was going ... that was appreciated and beyond what I'd expect from a provider. I highly recommend Dr. Leber to anyone looking for a hand doctor. Also, his front office staff is very organized, and his waiting room clean.

Not the best, but THE best ortho doctor there is in Arizona. Dr. Leber is one of the most knowledgeable, professional and kindest doctor that I have ever gone too. I had surgery a week ago on my right hand and already feeling good and got stitches out today. I am going to do my own PT on my hand. The procedure was quick and will leave no scar as he cut along one of my lines in the palm of my hand. He repaired a blotched elbow surgery that I had a few years ago and the scar in not noticeable either and I have full use of my arm. Dr. Mark Leber spends time with his patients and explains in understandable language what to expect. I have recommended him to many people and like me their results was great. Don't shop around , go to the best from the start. His staff are kind and professional as well.
