Dr. Mark Leber is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who has been coaching patients through their treatment, therapy and recovery processes for nearly 20 years. His passion for educating patients and helping them return to function led him toward the field of orthopedics, where he ultimately gravitated toward the meticulous specialty of hand, wrist and elbow surgery. Dr. Leber relishes the challenge of helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes and treats each patient with exceptional compassion and care. He believes in taking a conservative, evidence-based approach and thoroughly explores both operative and non-operative treatment plans. Dr. Leber obtained his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine and later completed a residency at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where he was trained and mentored under hand surgeon Dr. Fred Meyer. He later honed his surgical expertise by completing a fellowship with Indiana Hand Center. Dr. Leber is board certified in both Orthopedic Surgery as well as Surgery of the Hand.

Dr Leber is a great. He listens and communicates clearly, and makes sure he assesses condition thoroughly before considering surgery.
Patient & easy to talk to for my concerns
Excellent care. He answers all questions, he's not intimidating, he's patient, concerned and approachable.
My entire visit was a good experience. The people at the front desk were very pleasant and professional. Dr Leber wa great. He was on time and was able to address my concerns with skill.

I consulted Dr Leber today and he scheduled me for surgery tomorrow and moved his schedule for me

Dr Leber is pleasant, actually listens and talks to patients. Then fully explains the problem and discusses options to deal with it. Excellent bedside manner. This is the second time I’ve needed a wrist/hand specialist, and the first time, I had seen a few doctors before being referred to Dr Leber. He resolved a problem that previous providers did not. My experience with him and the staff was night and day difference. My experience on this most recent visit was the same. The only one I’ll go to if I ever have any other hand issues.
He’s really good with a great office/bedside manner. The hand surgery he performed on me was 100% successful with minimal post surgery pain. I didn’t even need any pain medication. Highly recommend.
