Mark Lebeda, M.D.

It doesn’t instill much confidence when your doctor is googling whether his guess of a diagnosis is correct or not and avoids all of your questions. He refused to listen to me and only heard what he wanted to hear. I left crying and feeling beyond dismissed and ignored, and immediately called to switch to another care provider.

Dr. Lebeda seemed knowledgeable on the subject at hand, but failed to introduce himself or ask what any of my symptoms were or if I had any questions or concerns after the fact. He seemed in a big rush. I am unsure if this was due to running behind schedule, trying to get to his next patient, or the fact that I ended up not being a potential surgical/more complex case.

He was not patient with my son and tried to slap at his hand when he tried to touch a part of the chair plus he barely even looked at him to figure out anything. I waited all that time for my son to be seen for all of 5 minutes

Did not wait long to see Dr. Lebeda, he was very friendly and professional. He did a quick check and was able to see the problem right away. Ordered a ct scan just to be sure there was nothing else going on before proceeding with treatment as to fix all issues at one time.

He listened which I appreciated more than anything. I have seen many ENT’s and left the same way I went in with no answers. One even told me to count my blessings’ which I do. . I still wanted some answers to my issues which I have been dealing with for over 25 years l. Dr. Lebeda gave me some options that may improve my life. I am hopeful. Counting my blessings once again 😀

He really seemed to know what he was talking about, but lacked a little in overall friendliness and passion for his work.

Very good would be good if he could explain in more detail what was being done and the findings after. Explain it in layman‘s terms so somebody is able to understand more information is better than very little. A lot of people are scared to ask questions.

Dr. Lebeda seemed to be in a mood. For example, he needed to move me to a different exam room. He did so by poking his head in with a gruff “come here,” akin to a police officer ordering a suspect. Such attitudes are counterproductive when you need patient interaction.

Staff was phenomenal! Front desk and auditory testers. Dr. Lends was less than spectacular. He explained things ok, but didn’t make eye contact and seemed like I was wasting his time.

We think a lot of Dr. Lebada. Very personable today .

Dr Lebeda is great! He has always listened to every concern I've had and treats me with respect. It can be hard to get a quick appointment here, and sometimes I've had to wait a bit in the exam room, but I know it's because he takes his time with each patient to make sure they are getting the care they need and all of their questions answered. So, I always plan to be there for a while on appointment days. I see that as a mark of a good, caring doctor, and not as a negative.

Dr. Lebeda is the best of the best! He is the only doctor we will go to for our 3 children (who all have very large tonsils and hearing issues.) He has performed a tonsillectomy on 2 of our kids (one only at the age of two) and we recently scheduled tonsils, adenoids and tubes for our youngest daughter as well. We highly trust his opinion and plan of care for our kids. We know they are in the best hands during surgeries as well. If you are looking for someone who will go above and beyond for your children’s health, you won’t go wrong visiting Dr. Lebeda!

I waited almost an hour and a half to see the doctor. When Mark got to my room he spent a total of 3 minutes with me. For my pre appointment check in I wrote down what I was going for. One was sleep apnea, enlarged tonsils, constant pressure in my ears and a hard time hearing. Mark thought he was just there to see me for my tonsils and when I asked him about the others he got annoyed and claimed I didn’t put them in my report and basically insinuated that I was a liar. Mark then pulled up my report and sure enough it was in there! So Mark didn’t schedule the proper tests for my appointment now I have to go back in a month because of his incompetence. Never received an apology either. Doctors like mark are the reason I hate our health care system.

Need more info regarding possible reactions to surgery and what to do in each case; for example, right orange discharge, infection, what to do if infection does not go away with limited antibiotic doesn’t get rid of infection continues etc. I was quite I’ll and did not know what to do about it, I got help from my primary doctor.

Friendly, thorough but explanation of what he is doing during exam and what you are going to feel would be helpful. Explaining looking in your nose and spraying water or whatever would be nice. I was disappointed that I was put in an examination room At my appointment time of 9:10 am and I had to wait for ONE HOUR before ANYONE came in to explain . When the doctor arrived he acted as if this was a normal thing. I would have been happier if he would have said he had an emergency. OR even if he had told me he overslept. Being almost, or even, the first appointment of the day. This was TERRIBLE!
