He takes the time to discuss your situation and knows your history as well as you do. He is proactive in getting the treatment you need to better your life. He will be my doctor as long as he’s practicing!! I highly recommend him and his office staff is just as amazing!!

Having scheduled for the correct time and being on time it seemed like the staff ( minus the X-ray techs and fro t desk checkin staff ) was all in a hurry not taking time for more questions or directions as to how to get to the procedure “surgerycenter” location and reluctantly gave me a sheet of paper with the location written down BUT don’t you think it would be good PUBLIC RELATIONS to have a moment to explain how to get there from here type advice You might suggest that in your training of staff and to be a little more understanding about what people don’t know about the area like streets and such.

Excellent doctor! Had to have a revision to my spinal cord stimulator 6 months after original. My fault, fell and it migrated out of the nerve. Second surgery was harder, but he was very good at explaining everything. The whole surgical crew were amazing! The office crew is absolutely amazing!

He gave the information, but it seemed like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t seem to overly care. He came in with one literal printout of the MRI and that was it, so when I asked about a previous MRI, he was unable to call it up and merely asked if I’d received the previous printout of the image. My question was not answered. I don’t feel like we had any connection in my care.

He listens to our concerns and explains the issues well. He didn’t seem to be in a hurry to go on to the next patient, but took time with our needs.

He’s one of the best doctors I have. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Spent less than ten minutes with me. I was unable to ask questions and I felt dismissed before I was even seen. Not even sure he knows my level of physical activity or physical demands in my career because I couldn’t get a word in. Nothing came out of my visit and I have never been treated like just a bill to insurance and move on more than I did in this situation.

The treatment and pain relief was life changing.

Dr. Miedema was superb! I had both nerve and EMG testing in both arms, from my wrist to my shoulder. Dr. Miedema explained everything in advance; answered all my questions, and completed all the testing in an expedient and highly competent manner. He also evaluated the lengthy results so that I could see my Orthopedic wrist surgeon, on the same day...several hours later!! Can't get any better than that!! I feel so blest! I would say quick and painless, but it was for a nerve test! I got to the office and was called back for my 4 o’clock appointment. Within minutes the doctor was in the room starting the test. I was on my way home by 4:20. Very professional with a calm demeanor.
