Mark Hodgson, M.D.

Over an hour late. Saw a friend of his “Buster” without an appointment time before me. Barely gave me the time of day to adequately explain the issue or options, I didn’t feel like I was being listened to me during the consultation, and talked more about his shoulder injuries than mine. Didn’t provide much of explanation on what could be happening and I left with no relief.

Dr. Hodgson is the best!

I didn’t really spend much time with him. It was very quick. I felt like he was hurrying on to someone else.

Dr. Hodgson is an exceptional physician. The depth of his knowledge and expertise is truly impressive. His bedside manner is friendly and approachable, and he takes the time to thoroughly explain everything.

Once again, strongly recommend Dr. Hodgson. This visit was a follow up from endoscopic carpal tunnel procedure. Always walk away with knowledge. Going back for the right hand, trigger finger, and elbow relief in the near future. Mark is also flexible and helpful as I have decompression surgery coming up. Isn't trying to rush the process and just an all-around easy Dr. to talk to.

After nearly 2 years since my hand injury of dealing with multiple providers, surgery, and therapy, resulting in still no relief from my original extreme pain, Dr. Hodgson has given me more complete and accurate medical information about my situation than I have ever received throughout my entire case. He has also referred me to a specialist who will try to finally alleviate my nerve damage/pain without another surgery. As an RN myself, I am not only impressed with the extensive time Dr. Hodgson spent with me to fully explain everything, I am also beyond grateful for his integrity and professionalism in helping to get me the care that I have needed all along that no other provider had. I now hold real Hope for finding the relief that I have been desperately seeking for much too long.

I'm quite not sure what to say here. I went through an entire surgery with high hopes that the surgeon would remove my ganglion cyst. The surgery was performed in January and the incision area on my wrist never really look quite right, however I accepted it I was thankful that there was no chance of it coming back since that's what I was promised. 7 months later my day cyst has returned, same size, same location. When I tell you my faith was shattered... but anyways I went back for a follow-up visit to be sure, Dr hodgson told me that he thought he had removed it but missed it and he believes I have an atypical type of ganglion cyst. So he recommends now an expensive CAT scan and another surgery that my insurance nor I can afford. And I'm still paying payments on my first surgery. I'm just at a loss for words and I don't know what to do I'm just going to accept and live with the cyst. I'm not really sure.
