This was my first visit for shoulder pain. Dr Galland was personable and explained his observations and plan. The office seemed organized with an easy way to make an appointment.

I really liked him. He is the kind of person I might want to be friends with. He was smiling and seemed to be having fun right before he performed surgery on me. My worries sort of washed away. He seemed to be looking forward to the work he was about to do. That gives a patient reassurance that everything will go well!

Dr, Galland was tasked with repairing the rotator cuff. I’ve never experienced any surgery in my life. He did such a great job, when I went to my first PT appointment, the therapist was see with my range of motion. Said that “This range of motion isn’t seen until, at least, a month into therapy.” I don’t have extraordinary healing ability, so I HAVE to attribute it to Dr. Galland’s experience and expertise! Great job, Doc!!!

First time seeing Dr Galland. I have a frozen shoulder. He highly recommended a steroid injection. I have a true phobia of needles. I told him I was doing physical therapy. He was so patient with me and knew exactly how to deal with my anxiety. He convinced me to accept the injection. He took his time, numbed my shoulder with some gel prior to the injection, and I have to say it was not nearly as bad as I thought. Bottom line…he took his time with me! Which I’m sure he does with all his patients!

He came highly recommended and now I agree completely.

I had my first appointment today with Dr.Galland and was pleasantly surprised with how great his bedside manner was. He listened to my concerns, did my evaluation, and took the time to explain everything to my husband and I.

All surgeons should take the time to review visible MRI results with all patients before even scheduling surgery. Looking forward to a better, more informed patient update on the procedure and showing what the MRI results show. This needs to be part of the process going forward.

Fabulous orthopedist! Very knowledgeable,experienced.I was very impressed with the fact that he said he can repair my.meniscus,where other orthopedists either said it has to be removed or they would not know before the orthoscopy. I do like the fact that he is conservative and thinks about the patient first. I am so glad that he is my orthopedist.

TOP NOTCH.Diagnosis missed by 3 "experts" at different health centers led to recommended arthroplastic surgery and excellent recovery by Dr. Galland. Have had carpel tunnel release by him as well. Dr Galland was friendly and a great listener. When I shared more of my son's medical history with him which could be relevant for our visit, he was very attentive and clearly wanted to see if there could be any connection to the present concerns. As we we're leaving he even came out into the lobby personally to ask us to come back to check one more thing out of precaution. He made great eye contact which again made us feel as though he was tuned in to our case, not his last patient or the next one. We'd definitely see him again.
