Really great bedside manner. Reassured me that everything was ok by showing me photos of my eyes and pointing out what they had been concerned about. Gave me some new vocabulary. The women who did the tests were also very personable and professional .

I waited 1.5 hours to be seen for my scheduled appointment. I left after waiting for 90 minutes and I still hadn’t been seen by the MD. Horrible experience - I will find another provider

I met Dr. Fromer 30 years ago. He treated my eyes and saved my family. His skill is super and cares patients as friends.

I am a long-time patient of Dr Fromer. I would have given a rating of 5 if I didn’t have such a long wait time after having my pupils dilated. I was told the wait would be 25-39 minutes. Instead it was 90 minutes.

Not very good service. My glasses needed tighten. She called me during my eyes being examined. So I went out to see the young lady But was told she went to lunch. So I came back around 4 58 and was told she went home. If she works until 5 and I am there in another part of the office. Why can't she come and check. Also when I go to see the Dr for my yearly.check up they are reading me somebody else chart. Very bad experience yesterday

Dr. Fromer seems to be a well-qualified, top-notch doctor. However, you’ll get to spend very little time with him after a long wait and others doing procedures ahead of time.

He was very thorough, checked the results of all the tests done, Gave me information based on what he saw and advised me of what to expect. He has managed serious issues I have with my eye in a conservative, judicious manner.

I waited 3 hour the first visit, 2 hour the second and third visit. All this time was not worth the effort to see a good Dr. The tests and Dr visit could be done all in one visit with less waiting. I was not pleased. Dr. Fromer was great he explained and answered all my questions, but time is money and my time is just as valuable. I don't appreciate being made to wait so long.

Dr Mark Fromer and their assistants are great, professional and serious. But the the staff who attends the people are not very nice, and profissional, also patients are obligated to wait at the room hours and hours to be attended . This is bad.

Park Avenue office is very busy and hour long (and longer!) waits are common. Care is excellent, but don't expect them to be on time.

Great doctor but the office needs reorganization for patient comfort and less moving from person to person.

Seems highly competent in eyecare and surgery of the type I require, although I have no way of actually jusging at this point. I trust the doctor who referred me to Dr. Fromer.

While the staff is thorough the waiting is terrible. I realize that the multiple tests take time and the staff are very busy, but a 3 hour processing time takes way too long. I was at the office at 12 pm for a 12:15 appointment and wasn't seen until after 1. I come from Staten Island because I totally trust Dr. Fromer and his staff to thoroughly check my eyes professionally and courteously answer all my concerns. Maybe scheduling appointments with a longer time between patients might be one solution.

Dr Fromer is a dedicated physician who consistently demonstrates a deep caring for his patients; a wide experience in the field of ophthalmology; a proficient ability to manage a complex organization; and expert surgical skill. In the years in which Dr Fromer has treated me he has always provided the highest level of professionalism and expertise.

The doctors were good, but my overall experience with staff and wait times was very poor. I will be switching facilities going forward due to this experience.

Great doctor but the wait is a bit long.

Dr. Mark knows is very good at what he does. He's quick yet thorough, and is very friendly.

I may call the District Attorney after my experience. Not to mention Yelp & social media. And so on. At all times, there was no less than 50 people in a tiny area. Like cattle being herded. No social distancing whatsoever. The staff, in general, was exceptionally rude. I also called Adnan, as Dr. Fromer suggests , in response to his terrible and warranted reviews. But he never called me back. So they clearly do NOT care. I was in the office about 4-5 hours. I missed every appointment & meeting scheduled. Something ominous is going on here. I got the number of 2 fellow patients sitting next to me, who were also disgusted.

Waiting room was packed and due to COVID, I felt very uncomfortable being there. They should have spaced appts better. I had to wait almost an hour for my appt. I was never told they would be dilating my eyes, or I would have taken a cab. Complete waste of time.
