He took his time listening to my concerns and evaluating my knee. Based on both he recommended a conservative first step to see if we could calm the knee pain down and return to pain free movement. If, in two weeks, I am not back to 100% we can do additional testing and proceed from there. I appreciated the time he took and his treatment plan. I also appreciated his insight into supplementation sourcing as I do take a few supplements to support my overall health.
