Excellent, spoke with me before the procedure and had great approach in (briefly) explaining the procedure.
As most I’m sure, I was not looking forward to this exam. First being called back, the prep area had patients in very small spaces so my arm touched the curtain of patient being prepped next to me. Not pleasant to change into gown feeling closed in with so many people and patients on each side of curtain. Everything else was excellent. Nurse Tara (so hope I got the names right) was great, explained process, began vitals and IV. The procedure room was small and lights dim with music playing. I think it was Heather for anesthesia and she was so pleasant. Dr Scheidler came in and he was truly excellent!! Not all doctors have the gift of being professional yet so capable of putting you at ease. Following procedure Dr Scheidler explained how it went, what he found and layed out a plan. Highly recommend. If you can request your doctor, I would specifically ask for Dr Scheidler.
