Knowlesble, thorough and most important to me, Dr Chang knows how to “listen”.

Very professional and courteous. Asked if I had any questions or specific concerns. Asked if I felt the medications were working as expected.

Knowledgeable and respectful. However, for the last 20 years, I have been going and having a PSA and a prostate exam every year. On this visit, I had my prostate checked, and when I asked about taking the PSA test, the physicians assistant told me that it couldn’t be done after the prostate exam because of possible higher elevations. So I asked why in the world was the prostate exam done before the blood test? I got no answer so I have to go back and do the blood work after 3 to 4 days. That to me is just poor protocol on an office visit.
