I made my appointment with Dr Campbell, someone else saw me. This has happened before. When I arrived at the office, I was waiting in line and the two ladies were chatting together leaving me standing there. Finally one of the ladies acknowledged I was there and seemed irritated. She asked me my name and birthdate then went to her printer to retrieve my paperwork to fill out. I sat down and noticed it wasn’t my name, I took it back up to the desk and she had to go get the correct one. She wasn’t happy. When I make an appointment with a particular Dr, I expect to see that Dr!! My appointment was made a month in advance. I was given no explanation as to why Dr Campbell was not seeing me. I don’t think I’ll return and I think your office staff is rude and unprofessional.

Was a little disappointed when I first went into the visit (saw one of his fellows initially). However, I think the fellow felt my frustration & got Dr. Campbell...made me so happy. Dr. Campbell is so easy to talk to and has so much energy that you feed off it, get all your questions answered and feel so much better! So happy I got to see him.

I NEVER saw Dr. Campbell. I could have seen another dr the first of Dec, but I waited - in pain - until the middle of Jan to see Dr. Campbell. Instead I saw one of his “fellows”.
