I can't rate an experience that I never had. Full disclosure, I sought out Dr. Campbell to treat my knees because of his experience and depth of knowledge in the field. Upon my arrival, Dr. Campbell never made an appearance to consult with me after my x-rays. I'm rating a 2 star because the young lady that I did see was bright and talented for sure, but I still felt baited and switched, and unimportant to this practice. After this appointment, I do not have any true clarity on what's going on with my knees. I still have loose bodies that of course were not visible during the exam. I was given an anti-inflammatory that will not arrive at my pharmacy for 3 days? Physical therapy was prescribed, but no directions on how to schedule and with whom? Back to the drawing board I suppose, as I pray nothing catastrophic happens to my knees while I try to self manage until I find a doctor that will treat me.
