I saw Mark Buchanan on Monday, June 16th, for help with prostatitis symptoms, and it was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. His assistant was rude and unprofessional. When I shared my medical history, she looked annoyed and asked, “And what do you want us to do with this?” I’ve never had a healthcare worker speak to me like that before.
Then Buchanan came in and said he couldn’t help me. When I asked if he was a real doctor and if he could order lab tests, he got angry, said “no,” and even called me a “smart a##.” He was red in the face and shaking. It was honestly disturbing.
If you want real medical help and respectful treatment, I suggest seeing someone else. This visit was a complete waste of time and made me feel worse, not better.
