He’s got the touch! I appreciate that Dr. Mark will steer me away from procedures that won’t give me bang for the buck. In my case he felt that filler for my neck bands wouldn’t garner much improvement. But I ask his professional opinion about other areas I might not have considered. He pointed me toward adding a little filler at the corners of my mouth to help with the downturn. I wouldn’t have thought of that. And I’m very happy I asked for his suggestions. It subtle but makes a bid difference. Very happy client here :)

Dr. Mark Been is so talented. I could not be more thrilled with my Facial fat transfer. I was very nervous about the potential of changing the look of my face. I had nothing to worry about. The result is that I look younger, fresher, and prettier than I ever imagined was possible. And I still look like myself. My face looks perfectly natural. None of the overdone appearance that can sometimes be seen after someone has had work done. You would never know that I’ve had anything done if you were meeting me for the first time. Those closest to me see the difference in how much fresher my face looks. But it’s very natural. Still me, but better. I was a nervous Nelly during the first few weeks while my cheeks were swollen before the final results began to reveal themselves. Dr M was so reassuring. I really appreciate how he handled me during my uncertainty. He’s a saint. I’d also like to say that all of the staff have always been just wonderful. Love this practice for so many reasons.

I thought Dr. Mark Been and his staff were excellent. However, I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for the following reason: I found it to be a major drawback that I left without any written "After Visit Care" instructions. There is no way I could remember the after-care guidance he told me, since, for one, when undergoing a procedure I'm under stress, and for another, I just don't take in oral instructions very well. I need to be able to go home and read them.

Dr Been is very easy to talk to and at the same time super comprehensive with his consultations. He lets you know exactly how things look from his point of view, what your options are, and which option he thinks is best. He also does great work. Even during the procedure he is checking everything out from all angles and letting you know how it’s going. I’ve had lots of skin issues over the years, seen more than a few doctors, and Dr Been is simply the best.
