Dr. Mark Beckman, M.D. had his residency in Family Medicine at Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University.

Medical school at Ross University School of Medicine with Foundations of Clinical Medicine completed in Portsmouth, Dominica and clinical rotation sites in Baltimore, Maryland; Washington, D.C.; Atlanta, Georgia; and Miami, Florida.

Completed undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia with a Bachelor of Biological Sciences.

Originally from Augusta, Georgia. Met the most beautiful girl to ever attend the University of Georgia on an Athens snow day in 2009 and later married Kylie Beckman in the North Campus Chapel in 2014. Together they currently have one four-legged pup named Oakley, who is a very good boy and Bulldogs fan. Hobbies include hiking, beaching, fishing, woodworking, watching Georgia football, gardening and yard work (if you see somebody else mowing his grass, call 911 to report an issue). Member of a local church and served on medical missions to Haiti and Dominica.

Specializes in preventative medicine in pediatric and adult populations, care of chronic medical conditions including high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, COPD, thyroid problems, sports injuries, and care of acute illnesses in adults and children.
