Dr. Mark Balek is truly an outstanding doctor. From the very first visit, I felt heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. He is incredibly patient, professional, and takes the time to explain everything in a calm and reassuring way without ever making you feel rushed.
What impressed me the most was how thorough and attentive he was. For the first time in a long time, I felt like a doctor was not just treating numbers or symptoms, but actually taking care of me as a person. His entire team is equally amazing — warm, respectful, organized, and extremely personable. You can immediately feel that the office truly cares about patients.

I have seen Dr Balek for 6 years now. I find him to be to be informative, helpful, down to earth and very friendly. He listens to what I have to say and answers in plain language I understand. When I had an issue and ended up in the emergency room Dr Balek was at my bedside within an hour.
