Dr. Allen completed his fellowship in Adult Reconstruction of the Hip and Knee at The CORE Institute and his orthopedic surgery residency at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine at St. John Oakland Hospital. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro University Nevada and his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Weber State University, graduating Cum Laude with a minor in Chemistry.
Dr. Allen is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is MAKO-certified in robotic hip and knee arthroplasty. He remains actively involved in orthopedic research and education, with multiple peer-reviewed publications focused on joint replacement and robotics. Outside of work Dr. Allen enjoys golfing, hiking, swimming as well as playing sports with his wife and children.

He was great . He explained my options and we made a plan. He was able to give me the first of treatments to try to get me better. He was great with the needle, barely hurt. Very happy and I feel confident this problem with my knee will be resolved.
