The most compassionate doctor that I have ever had. His staff is the same way.

Dr.Mighell has been recognized as one of the premier orthopedic surgeons in the country. I can see why. He was incredibly nice, informative and took a lot of time to go over my situation. He allowed other non surgical options and was very confident that I could go without surgery. His kindness and good nature went a long way with me. He was personable, and had great bed side manner. I will always go see Dr.Mighell in the future if I need to.

He is a very wise and compassionate human being. One of the nicest doctors I’ve ever met. He also helped me tremendously and talk to me out of surgery when I was ready to do it.
