Well, I actually never saw him. Without being told or asked I saw another provider, perhaps because I was kept waiting over 45 minutes for my appointment which was prolonged further as the x-ray tech, who had my paperwork never called me back. She did not apologize or give a reason as to why. She did not offer me a shield pad apron for around my waist either.
I did however have a very positive provider who was kind, patient, spoke quietly without urgency & answers all my questions thoroughly whose name was not in my electronic chart. The chart notes were is I had seen Dr. Mighel.

Dr. Mighell provided a very thorough diagnosis of my two shoulders. He identified that right shoulder is not in good condition but, provided that I am not experiencing any serious pain, it is not urgent to operate at now. We agreed on another appointment in December. A very professional and comprehensive visit. Going forward, I will look forward being under Dr. Michell’s care.
