I did not meet Dr Frankle. It was another doctor who was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Also recvd a cortisone injection and shoulder feels so much better.

All the doctors/staff in this office are terrific. I am extremely pleased with the results of my reverse shoulder replacement two years ago. I have full use and range of motion with my shoulder and could not be happier! Thanks Dr Frankle and crew.

His personal, caring approach was worth the unusually long wait. He was probably in surgery or just taking the time needed for his patients. Overall, it has been a good experience.

Dr Frankle is absolutely excellent. He does not rush into surgery as most surgeons wish to. When the time was right, he performed a reverse shoulder replacement. I felt better after day 2 and movement has improved considerably to near normal range after 4 months. I would recommend Dr Frenkle to anyone with shoulder issues. In my case, which was very complicated due to other health issues, he changed my life and i am forever grateful.

Dr. Frankle has authored more than two hundred articles in professional journals, maintains ongoing research projects and has presented his findings at various professional conferences. He also has been serving as a reviewer of the Journal of Orthopaedic Research.
A shoulder implant designer, Dr. Frankle’s replacement methods and instrumentations, like his reverse shoulder prosthesis, have been utilized in several surgeries among many different orthopedic organizations.
Dr. Frankle currently serves as the President-Elect of the Society of American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons. He is the director of the Biomechanical Shoulder and Elbow Research Lab at the University of South Florida College of Engineering. He is also the director of the Shoulder and Elbow fellowship program, a collaborative effort between Florida Orthopaedic Institute and the Foundation for Orthopaedic Research and Education. He received the prestigious Charles S. Neer award for Basic Science from the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
