I was taken on time
I was examined and I received my steroid injections on both shoulders since I am on pain management because I don’t want to have surgery at my 84 years. It hurts to receive the injections, but the relief I receive after is worth the pain. I can do the things I want to do until the next 3 months. Liz

I did not see Dr. Frankle. I saw one of his associates. I was given a Cortizone shot in my left shoulder, which should help me I could have said hello to Dr. Frankel, which was very nice of him to offer to see me, but I knew he was busy and I didn’t want to take up his time he’s a great doctor though.

Listened well, gave thorough examination. Waited over an hour to reach the exam room, then another 25 minutes to see the doctor. Left with no resolution for my pain.
