Omg! Who is this man and his surgical team? I have never felt so authentically cared for. Never had such in depth conversation and explanation of all details regarding my shoulders and the recommended surgeries. My confidence level has improved drastically. Will post something after surgery.

CLASSY! For nearly a decade, he has cared for me with the highest level of skill and professionalism. First and foremost, he is a top-tier surgeon—precise, knowledgeable, and consistently delivering excellent outcomes. his honesty is direct and so refreshing. Over the years, he has become like family, yet he has always maintained the utmost respect and integrity in every interaction. Our appointments are not only successful but filled with ease and laughter—a rare and appreciated balance of expertise and warmth.

Personable, detailed, good listener. Gave explicit information when we asked questions. Didn't push for a decision one way or another.

Dr. Frankle was 90 minutes behind schedule and treated me as such, being quite rushed and somewhat flippant about my injury. While the injury was significant, it could also be treated nonoperatively which he strongly encouraged me to do. That part I applaud that, as a surgeon, he didn't immediately and automatically want to do surgery. Thankfully his young resident (sorry I didn't get his name) gave me more time and did a much more thorough review prior to Dr. Markle coming in, so I already pretty well knew what I wanted to do.

Very informative, kind and open to opinions to not rush into surgery. Looking out to my results instead of money.
