Communicates well.
Very good at listening to what I had to say regarding my situation.
Was kinda in a rush and didn’t listen to what I was saying. Just referred me to another Dr
He didn't seem really interested in hearing my history and I felt treated like a number to him.
Excellent communicator and listen to your concerns.
Friendly and informative.
As a doctor he is good. His assistant is horrible and rude. He is too busy to get you results after ordered tests and results. If you’re a good doctor then your team should be just as good. Some doctors who are too busy should step back and realize quality over quantity. Miss the older days how doctors offices ran. Ortho is popular but it runs horribly and seems to be about the income in my opinion is is staff and doctors experienced what it’s like to be a patient, then they would change things. He should fire his assistant just based on rudeness and manners. As a doctor and his knowledge he’s good but could be great if he stepped back and saw how it runs. If he wasn’t so busy he’d see that and just because you’re busy doesn’t make you great. Never been treated like this by any persona but of a doctor EVER. I could even hear her comments outside the waiting room. Welcome to the world of medicine we live in. Remember how it used to be?
Very thorough and professional.
Very patient doctor. He is concerned about your issue and listens carefully to your explanation of your problem.
Very professional and listens to you.
