I was seen immediately for an ankle fracture that had just happened. The evaluation was very professional in her direct and clear explanation of what to expect in healing and steps in care. She told me what was the best I could hope for as well as the possibility that surgery could be necessary if good bone alignment was not maintained. Her attitude was caring and kind and I felt seen as a person. Under the circumstances, a pleasant first time encounter.

Was in a lot of kmee pain. They got me in on the same day. Dr. McGann explained what was wrong and treated it with an injection that would help with the infammation and included a pain reliever that helped right away. What a blessing!

Good doctors

I am impressed with this doctor and this practice, but I’ll admit I’m glad to have the chance to offer this feedback - the doctor’s voice comes right through the walls, which created privacy concerns for me when it came time for my visit. Overall, it was a very good visit, and it seemed rude to ask her to lower her voice when she was seeing me. I’m sure there are some patients who actually appreciate this amplification, but it concerned me. Maybe something could be done to reinforce the sound barriers so I’m not hearing the doctor’s comments to the patient next door (and they’re not hearing mine)?

The ankle-foot support was a real mistake, one night and the worst pain

The only problem I have is in the paper work required. Having to fill in all those documents feels like a invasion of privacy and I should have had a Lawyer with me I have never in my life experience had to fill in that much information at a Doctor's office and I'm 82 yrs old ... I've seen a lot of Doctors...

Didn’t really provide long term solution. Talks very loudly to the point you feel you are being shouted at.

Talks too fast as if she really doesn't have time for you. But I think she means well.

She was extremely loud and didn’t listen to me at all. She seemed too busy. Not a very good experience at all. It felt like I wasted my money and time.

I was recommended by my university to come here and I did not feel like a cared patient. There was poor attention to detail and definitely felt rushed out the door!

I felt rushed when meeting with Dr. McGann. She gave her opinion of what was needed and did not offer any alternatives. When she left the room, I was under the impression that she would return at some point, as I had additional questions. She never did. She also spoke in such a loud voice, it was almost as if she was yelling.
