As a first time mom, she was very rude. She didn’t sound confident in herself while explaining things. When she did the exam she did it while my child was sitting on my lap and my child was moving around a lot. She basically told me everything the ER Dr. did was not right, and the ER Dr. told me how knowledgeable and great she was. So it was a very disappointing appointment. I won’t be making an appointment back to see her.

Did not introduce herself, was very quiet and reserved, not applicable. Prior to physical exam and history reported my child would need to be flown out which created a high level of worry. Child was fine and treated in ER.
