She completed her pediatric residency at Metropolitan Hospital Center in New York City and further specialized through pediatric critical care fellowships at the Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo and Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. Her extensive background in both community health and critical care medicine allows her to manage a wide range of pediatric needs with precision and compassion.
Dr. Marchenko joined the Sidney medical staff in December 2025 and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. She is committed to strengthening local access to pediatric services and ensuring families in the MonDak region receive exceptional care close to home.
