Dr. Valadez was wonderful. I had an unexpected urgent issue and was able to get a last-minute appointment, and despite how busy the office was, she was kind, calm, and never made me feel rushed. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely seen and respected. The staff was also very friendly, efficient, and helpful, especially during what I know can be a stressful holiday season. I’m truly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Valadez and her team.

The nurse that changed the dressing for my pic line didn’t clean the area and didn’t tell me where to go to have it changed. Since I didn’t have an answer I came to the hospital, but it was late because not every One does this procedure
I love Dr Valadez, , but I find the wait times are too long, I was in the room for more than an hour before I was seen.
