Dr. Faget has a passion for women's health, with special interest in preconception counseling, contraceptive management, preventative care, general gynecology, high-risk pregnancy, adolescent gynecology, and menopause.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Faget is happily married, and she is blessed with two children: Carlos, who loves baseball, and Charlotte, who excels in art and gymnastics. She currently resides in Fishers, Indiana. In her leisure time, she cherishes moments with her children, enjoys traveling, reading, and delights in cooking.

Very personable and takes time to hear your concerns and meet your needs
Maria is the best Doctor I’ve ever had. She’s honest and kind and doesn’t rush you out the door. I had a medical issue that was unsolved for 18 months with another doctor and she found the solution after 1 visit. Highly recommend!!!
I’ve been having issues for months, went to many doctors and no one would take action on my symptoms. I went to Dr. Faget and she was excellent and took immediate action with my symptoms and made me feel heard! Dr. Faget is amazing!!
