Had to wait 1.5 hours to see her. Appt at 2 pm. I was taken into the exam room on time. No staff came in to inform me that she was running late
Absolutely love Dr Tolentino. So thorough, patient and is always trying to help in every way possible.. it’s hard to get in to see her. So make sure you book your follow ups before leaving the office. She’s worth the wait.

Personable and caring. Takes time to answer all my questions and cares about my health, physical and emotional.
Timely appointments. She understands my “quirks” and I appreciate that. Accommodating when asked for certain meds, creams, etc. Explains issues thoroughly. Addresses questions. Reminds me that she is not treating a number on test results but creates a composite of the info with what she knows about me and my history and treats that! Outgoing personality. Can’t say enough good things about her.
