Oliveri is a very competent and caring doctor who explains things well. However, Sharon at the checkout is not friendly at all. She couldn't make the next appointment, told me I would have to call the main number and that I would have to go to either Mt. Joy or Ephrata the next time. Not a "people person."

Waited from 6/17 until 8/5 to finally see doctor to find out result of MRI that was finally performed 7/10 after 8 sessions of PT. Was very concerned because pain was getting worse only to be told my caregiver was not allowed in with me during the appointment. Doctor was very nice but I had a bad experience at other LOG Orthopedic Group and after all this time I just plain had a panic attack which was not the fault of anyone at this facility. I feel I should send a letter of apology to this doctor but he probably wouldn't receive it anyway.

I like Dr Oliveri because he is not only kind,but very knowledgeable and knows exactly what you are talking about when you tell him how you feel. Alot of times before you even finish.

Dr Oliveri provides all information and answers all questions in an informed and professional manner. I hope the scheduler acts promptly to obtain nearest date for surgery .

I appreciate doctor taking time with me to hear my concerns. However, I was very upset with his take on my MRI results. clinical analysis from picture without taking into account my body and how it works with my issue. Not as acute as it looks there.
