Was very rude and unprofessional. Was not paying attention. Was not focusing on my issue. He looked me up and down and said he was not gonna treat me. You seen my father‘s military dog tags and said he was not gonna treat me. He made me leave his office. He took a note of conduct to help in his practice. Instead, he throws his patients out. I am going to report him to the Arizona physician association. I would not suggest anyone. Anyone visit this often terrible. His nurses were even afraid of him. They were giving me the sign to go ahead and go because he is that kind of person. But I would not recommend this doctor.
