Stayed n room over an hour before doctor came in. His attitude was a bit nasty. I was a bit confused when I left.

Had a 9:40am appt. Finally got out of CIS at 11:10am Dr Saad came in and saw me for maybe 2 mins and said if don’t haven’t any issues I should see him in 1 year… I have been very pleased with CIS for last 25 years from Houma , Baton Rouge and now Lafayette offices. I was upset to find out I have a $50.00 outstanding balance because I didn’t show up for a rescheduled appt…Now the Dr didn’t show up for his 9:40 appt until almost 11:00am does the clinic owe me $50.00 for now show? Hope this doesn’t happen again… I know doctors have things come up during the day and I can understand that happens but I think 1 1/2 hrs is too long to wait to finish my appt… thanks in advance
