I've never visited a doctor who didn't introduce himself to a new patient... until meeting Dr. James. My first time meeting him, his first words to me were, "so what are we doing here?" While clinically responsive, Dr. James' choice to ignore social pleasantries left me feeling like less of a person and more of a number.

This man is actually phenomenal and the work that he does for me and other patients outstanding Man on Eyecare I would not have it any other way. I’ve been with him over 20 something years since I’ve been in the Charlotte area. Thank you so much for letting me be in your life and you’re taking care of my eyes.

Dr James is a great doctor. I always enjoy my experience. He is calm and soothing and thoroughly explains everything that he recommends for me. His staff in particular Michelle were awesome to work with. They also explained everything to me how things worked and what I needed to do and I sincerely appreciate that.
