His bedside manor showed no concern for my issue, his air of confidence was off putting & both made me feel as though I was wasting his time. He was very quick to diagnose and prescribe a medication, therefore, failed to pay attention to the fact that I am allergic to Tetracycline and prescribed a medication that was similar. This was brought to my attention when I got to the Pharmacy and they told me that I shouldn't take this medication based on my allergy. I hope he can take steps in the future to prevent this from happening to another patient.

Dr James seems very nice and I was looking forward to the appointment . In addition to a normal checkup, I have a twitch in my right eye. We discussed the over the counter eye drops I have been using but Dr James did not assess the condition or offer any suggestion on how to relieve the twitching or improve the condition. The appointment seemed a bit harried I am not sure how this was overlooked as it seems like it would be picked up during the assessment of a new patient not to mention I handed him the bottle of eye drops when I described the twitching.
