Dr. Martinez is very kind. However I personally think he needs less patients and more consultation time with them. I feel like he sometimes rushes.

He is very nice explains everything and he takes his time. He doesn’t rush like other doctors. He cares about my dad.
Dr. Manuel Martinez has been with Gonzaba Medical Group since 2004. Dr. Martinez attended Monterrey Tech School of Medicine (full name: Escuela de Medicina Ignacio A. Santos del Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey) where he received his medical degree. He completed residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois-Michael Reese Program in Chicago, Illinois in 1999. Dr. Martinez’s memberships and affiliations include the American College of Physicians and the Texas Medical Association.
Hobbies are jogging and spending time with family.
Dr. Martinez is fluent in English and Spanish and has been the recipient of many academic awards throughout his career. He was also recognized as one of San Antonio’s Best Doctors by San Antonio Magazine in 2006.
