I have no problem with Dr. Assar. The staff at SW cardiovascular I do. I called more times than I can remember in the last two weeks and not once spoke with anyone. The recording doesn't allow for voice mails so I had to drive to the offices 5times now just to have a conversation with anyone. Twice in that time two different people told me they would speak with De. Assar and get back to me the next day. The second time she gave her word she would follow thru
Neither of them followed thru neither of them offered a reason or apology when they saw me next time in. It's not like I'm trying to schedule an oil change on my truck this is serious business and it would be nice if changes were made regarding phone calls and when someone says they will do something I'm not out of line expecting them to do what they say.
