Dr. Chahal explains your diagnosis in detail, she does not rush your time with her. She’s very compassionate and listens/answers your questions.

I have been treated by many physicians and I have to say I have never come across a more knowledgeable, compassionate and caring physician than Dr, Chahal. In addition, Dr. Chahal is attentive to every concern or question you have whether in person or via a returned call. Dr. Chahal will suggest treatments that work best for you and your condition/injury. She will take the time to explain and address any concerns or questions you may have... she is not pushy like many prior physicians i have encountered. I also have to compliment the Medical Assistant staff who work directly with Dr. Chahal, they are always pleasant and compassionate. Dr. Chahal has greatly improved my quality of life with her treatment plan for my injury.

She must give me time to listen concerns and explain causes behind it. She got a call while my appointment going on and she just declared my appointment finished and left room immediately. She was in hurry to go somewhere else!!! This is unprofessional, I had some questions to ask. Even she earlier informed me that she would explain some tips to help with my problems and she was in hurry that she wanted to leave a room and I had to remind her. I was not provided after visit summary where my symptoms and diagnosis was written. I must be given printed copy where it is mentioned about visit and summary what was discussed and future treatment options

i have been going to Dr Chahal for at lease 15 years. I started to see her when she was at HMC in Flemington. When she left I seen some in the office to take her place . Was very unhappy with him . Went back to Dr Chahal will never leave her again !

I was left sitting in the room waiting for 45 minutes and then nothing was accomplished but I had paid a copay when I entered. I was supposed to injections done and it was too late by the time she saw me. When I left no one was around because the place was closing in 5 minutes.

I had a 1p.m. appointment for a PRP which I was told would only take 1 hour.Dr. didn't even come in until 2>45. After4-5 very painful pricks,she could still not draw blood and had tp send for a nurse who finally did. I was left alone in a cold room wearing a hospital gown. After 3 and 1/2 hours of waiting, I went to find Dr Chahal whose excuse was that she was very busy!!3 1/2 hours later she began the procedure (extremely painful!!!) I was furious. No way to treat a patient!!!

The two things that bother me are the wait time. If I’m a follow up why are you going to take someone who is new or getting injections before me. I’ve waited more than 1.5 hours for her. Also, she pushes injections and prp too much. Prp is very expensive and for most people not an option. I feel like her notes are repetitive and don’t always include the right information. I like her but time management is a huge issue.
