waited an hour for a 10 45am appointment. When asked how much long, response was "don't know". I left without seeing the doctor.!!

Dr. Chahal clearly understood and listened attentively to my explanations of the physical issues I’ve been dealing with. She shared her knowledge and protocol to address these issues.

The doctor was interrupted by many phone calls and seemed distracted. Her planned course of action was wildly different from that prescribed by my neurosurgeon, because she did not even look at his prescription. I was given no instructions regarding prep, etc. regarding a shot I scheduled (which I have since cancelled b/c of a lack of confidence in the doctor).

She was very good as she went over everything that I needed .Then she explained what was going to happen next in my treatment. She was very thorough in her assessment.

I have been treated by many physicians and I have to say I have never come across a more knowledgeable, compassionate and caring physician than Dr, Chahal. In addition, Dr. Chahal is attentive to every concern or question you have whether in person or via a returned call. Dr. Chahal will suggest treatments that work best for you and your condition/injury. She will take the time to explain and address any concerns or questions you may have... she is not pushy like many prior physicians i have encountered. I also have to compliment the Medical Assistant staff who work directly with Dr. Chahal, they are always pleasant and compassionate. Dr. Chahal has greatly improved my quality of life with her treatment plan for my injury.

She must give me time to listen concerns and explain causes behind it. She got a call while my appointment going on and she just declared my appointment finished and left room immediately. She was in hurry to go somewhere else!!! This is unprofessional, I had some questions to ask. Even she earlier informed me that she would explain some tips to help with my problems and she was in hurry that she wanted to leave a room and I had to remind her. I was not provided after visit summary where my symptoms and diagnosis was written. I must be given printed copy where it is mentioned about visit and summary what was discussed and future treatment options

i have been going to Dr Chahal for at lease 15 years. I started to see her when she was at HMC in Flemington. When she left I seen some in the office to take her place . Was very unhappy with him . Went back to Dr Chahal will never leave her again !

I was left sitting in the room waiting for 45 minutes and then nothing was accomplished but I had paid a copay when I entered. I was supposed to injections done and it was too late by the time she saw me. When I left no one was around because the place was closing in 5 minutes.

I had a 1p.m. appointment for a PRP which I was told would only take 1 hour.Dr. didn't even come in until 2>45. After4-5 very painful pricks,she could still not draw blood and had tp send for a nurse who finally did. I was left alone in a cold room wearing a hospital gown. After 3 and 1/2 hours of waiting, I went to find Dr Chahal whose excuse was that she was very busy!!3 1/2 hours later she began the procedure (extremely painful!!!) I was furious. No way to treat a patient!!!

The two things that bother me are the wait time. If I’m a follow up why are you going to take someone who is new or getting injections before me. I’ve waited more than 1.5 hours for her. Also, she pushes injections and prp too much. Prp is very expensive and for most people not an option. I feel like her notes are repetitive and don’t always include the right information. I like her but time management is a huge issue.

I walked in for a neck injection set up and Dr Chahal made the appointment about Migraines, and when she read in my medical history That Dr Toma had diagnose me with fibromyalgia she started poking my back so fast and painfully from the top to my hips, declaring I had NO Fibrimyalgia till I scream in pain and after she continue she said Oh! you Do have Fibromyalgia. I never had such a bas expirience with any Doctor .

The whole surgery staff was very caring,Compassionate and listen to my concerns, Dr Chahal was very good as well as all the other doctor's involved in my care.

I went because I had been in pain for 5 days. Took hours to be seen, and after taking a day off of work and wasting half a day, didnt even get anything to relieve the pain or reduce the inflammation that was found. Absolute waste of my time and now ended up scheduling another appointment with another doctor.

Ran about 1.5hrs late on all three appointments so far. Two of them were even early morning so it’s hard to believe that it’s due to patients taking long. Because she’s running late, every appointment felt extremely rushed and not as thorough. On my second appointment she didn’t remember who I was or what was wrong, and the appointment was three days apart. I get being busy but look at my file at least before walking into the room.
