These ratings are a waste of time. I did not see Dr Patel. I saw his nurse who did take her time and gave me an answer to my questions. The only contact I had with the check-in staff was to give them my name. The clinical member was helpful but I don’t know her name. The major problem I had was they claimed I had high cholesterol but the lab results show my cholesterol is perfect. I was told that this so-called cholesterol problem is listed so I can get approval for a catheterization. I didn’t like this explanation.
